Orlando, FL – Eric C. Boughman, Partner of the Orlando-based law firm of Forster Boughman & Lefkowitz (www.fbl-law.com) was a keynote speaker at the Quiet Title Actions in Florida Seminar held at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown on June 15, 2015. The one-day seminar, sponsored by the National Business Institute (NBI), provided attendees with a step-by-step walk through of the quiet title action process and its legal complications.

“It was an honor to speak alongside this esteemed group of attorneys and provide attendees with a greater understanding of the current legislation, recent case law and jurisdictional challenges involved in these complicated lawsuits,” said Boughman.

Mr. Boughman’s presentation, Quiet Title Law: Overview and Update, focused on recent case law, title insurance, marketable title and default judgments, curative deeds and actions, and whether the case is worth taking.
