MORE ABOUT THOMAS C SHAW Thom received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History cum laude from Oral Roberts University. Mr. Shaw received a Juris Doctor (Law Degree) with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Shaw was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1986, and is Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates Law. From 1998 to 2005, Mr. Shaw served as General Counsel to an estate and financial planning company. He is a member of the Taxation Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and a member of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council. Mr. Shaw practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trusts, corporate and business law, and probate.
